Range of services
Power and ELV systems, energy and backup power
Technik Partner delivers power and ELV systems under a single contract: the main distribution board feeds the rising mains, sub-distribution boards and connected equipment, while the ELV system carries communication, control and security along the same cable routes. Then there is the energy side: charging points with load management, PV systems with battery storage, energy management, and standby power and UPS for critical loads.

Electrical engineering & energy service portfolio

Why Technik Partner
Technik Partner covers electrical engineering and fibre – with one contact person per project and the safety certificate under the NIV for every new installation and every modification. Maintenance, fault service and repairs – around the clock for customers with a service contract. Since 29 July 2026, Technik Partner has been part of the Circet Group, which plans, builds and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructure across Europe.
Spare capacity first, safety certificate last
We check the main distribution board first – even on contracts for charging infrastructure or PV systems. If there is no room for additional outgoing circuits or the incoming supply is already at its limit, that belongs in the quotation – not in the final invoice. After every new installation and every modification, you receive the safety certificate required by law (NIV).

The structure of an electrical installation
The levels of an electrical installation, from the service connection to the energy side – who builds what, and which certificate is issued at the end.
The distribution system operator (DSO) brings the service connection up to the main service fuse in the basement. That is where the building installation begins: main distribution board with meter board, rising mains, and sub-distribution boards for each flat, floor or operational area.
The ELV cabling runs along the same cable routes. We keep power and ELV separated by the prescribed distances, fire-stop every penetration between fire compartments and label every distribution board according to the circuit diagram.
The energy level builds on this: charging points are connected to the sub-distribution board, the PV system and battery storage feed in via the inverter, and the UPS and standby generator back up selected outgoing circuits. After the site visit, the circuit diagram shows what is connected to which distribution board and how much spare capacity remains.
This spare capacity is why we check the main distribution board first – even on contracts for charging infrastructure or PV systems. If there is no room for additional outgoing circuits or the incoming supply is already at its limit, that belongs in the quotation – not in the final invoice.
- Service connection
- Supply cable up to the main service fuse – the distribution system operator’s scope.
- Main distribution board
- Main switch, overcurrent protective devices, meter board, outgoing circuits to the rising mains – built and tested by Technik Partner.
- Sub-distribution board
- Miniature circuit breakers and residual current devices for each flat, floor or operational area.
- Final circuits
- Lighting and emergency lighting, T13 and T23 socket outlets, power, appliance and machine connections.
- ELV systems
- Communication, control and security: door intercom, blind and ventilation control, alarm and security systems.
- Energy and backup
- Charging points, inverters and battery storage, backed-up outgoing circuits via UPS and standby generator.
