Corporate group
Part of the Circet Group
Circet plans, builds and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructure across Europe – the No. 1 network service provider in Europe. Since 29 July 2026, Technik Partner has been part of the group, with the same teams, points of contact and phone numbers in Zurich.
Energy engineering for residential, commercial and industrial buildings
We plan and install power and ELV systems: distribution boards, lighting, ELV and building automation. We also cover the energy side – charging infrastructure with load management, photovoltaics with storage, energy management, standby power and UPS. After acceptance, you receive the safety certificate under the Low-Voltage Installation Ordinance (NIV).

High-availability power supply for data centres
We plan and build the electrical infrastructure of data centres and server rooms: redundant power supply with UPS and standby generator, distribution down to the rack PDU, monitoring and electrical installation – designed for N+1 or 2N and to availability targets up to Tier IV. After acceptance, we maintain the installation, with a round-the-clock fault service for customers with a service contract.
- Tier III – maintainable without interrupting operations
- Tier IV – fault-tolerant, for even higher availability

Network Level 4
Fibre connections for Switzerland’s network roll-out
Network Level 4 refers to the in-building segment of the fibre network – the cabling from the building entry point to the optical telecommunications outlet in each residential or commercial unit.
On behalf of network operators, we connect entire streets at Network Level 4: splicing at the building entry point, riser cabling, an outlet in every unit and a test report for every fibre. Technik Partner is the market leader for FTTH in-building installations (Network Level 4) in Switzerland.

Answers to frequently asked questions
The key answers at a glance – you will find all the others under Frequently asked questions.
All questionsWhere does Technik Partner operate?
Technik Partner is headquartered in Zurich. Our teams work throughout Switzerland – for network operators, developers, property owners, property managers, data centre operators and businesses.
What is Network Level 4?
The in-building segment of the fibre network: from the building entry point (BEP) to the optical telecommunications outlet (OTO) in each unit. Technik Partner builds this segment across Switzerland – for network operators or directly for property owners and developers.
Who commissions an NE4 in-building connection?
Usually the network operator as part of its network roll-out, often in consultation with the property owner or property manager. Property owners and property managers can also commission us directly, for example for retrofits or new builds.
What does “availability targets up to Tier IV” mean?
Tier I to IV are the Uptime Institute’s availability classes; Tier IV means fault-tolerant and concurrently maintainable. We design installations to the target you need – up to Tier IV. Certification applies only to a specific data centre and is awarded only by the Uptime Institute.
Copper or fibre in an office building?
Both: Cat 6A copper to the workstation, OM4 or OS2 fibre between floors and buildings. Our cabling is vendor-neutral, and we test and document every link.
What does a video conferencing room need?
Display or projection, camera, microphone, speakers, the connection to your platform and a room control system that lets you operate the whole room centrally. We calibrate the room and train the users.
