What happened on 29 July 2026
On 29 July 2026, the Circet Group announced the acquisition of Technik Partner AG. The company, based at Albulastrasse 57 in Zurich, is now part of the Circet Group. Circet cites Technik Partner’s market position at Network Level 4 as the reason for the move.
Technik Partner was founded in 2009 and today has more than 120 professionals working across Switzerland. Alongside in-building fibre deployment, the company installs electrical infrastructure for data centres as well as electrical, network and security systems. In its press release, Circet also mentions the long-standing collaboration with Swisscom.
Who Circet is
Circet plans, builds and maintains telecommunications networks across Europe – from the backbone to the connection inside the building. In Switzerland, Circet operates through its own companies; Technik Partner complements them with the in-building section of the fibre network, Network Level 4.
For Circet, the acquisition is a step towards strengthening its own position in the Swiss telecom infrastructure market. The group names adjacent markets such as smart infrastructure, utility network digitalisation, smart metering and rail telecommunications as its next fields of activity.

What stays, what grows
For customers, nothing changes in the way we work together: the management team continues to lead the business, the teams remain in place, and so do the points of contact. The company name, the Zurich premises, the phone number and the email address are the same as before 29 July 2026. Ongoing projects are carried out by the same professionals who started them.
What changes is the company’s reach. With the group’s size, financial strength and international experience behind it, Technik Partner can build up capacity for large roll-out projects across Switzerland. The foundation for this is more than 15 years of building the company.
