Range of services
For property managers & owners
In most cases, the network operator approaches you: it is extending its network in the neighbourhood, needs access to your properties and commissions Technik Partner as its in-building partner. You can also commission us directly – for new builds, refurbishments or retrofit connections.
To keep the connection work free of complaints, we provide the tenant notice as a template for you to send out: with the appointment window for each floor, the length of the appointment in each flat and the number to call for rescheduling.

Your part is limited and predictable: access to the BEP and riser on working days, a key arrangement and sending out the tenant notice. Everything else – time windows for each floor, appointment notices for each unit, rescheduling and progress reports – is handled by our site management, not by your office.
On completion, you receive the test report for each fibre and the documentation for each unit with its OTO-ID. The property can then be connected by any provider, and you have proof on file for the owner.
Your checklist
What is firmly agreed before work starts.
- Clients
- Network operators during their roll-out; property owners and property managers commissioning us directly
- Your part
- Access to the BEP and riser, sending out the tenant notice, key arrangements
- Time per unit
- One announced appointment for the OTO installation; BEP and riser without residents present
- Records
- Test report per fibre, documentation per unit with OTO-ID, handover to the property manager and network operator
Your checklist
- Access to the BEP and riser
- The BEP is in the basement; the riser runs through every floor. We need access to both – on working days, without anyone having to let us in.
- Tenant notice
- We give you a template with the process, appointment window and contact number. You send it out under your own name, so that tenants know who is working in the building.
- Appointment window
- We propose a window for each floor. You tell us when the caretaker, cleaners or other tradespeople are in the building, so that nothing clashes.
