Range of services
Telephony
In Switzerland, telephony runs over IP. A call takes the same path as the data: through the outlet, switch and router to the provider’s connection. Know the cabling and you know the telephony.
It starts with a needs analysis: how many numbers, which workstations need a handset, use on mobile phones, groups for reception and the switchboard, opening hours and call forwarding. From this we draw up the numbering plan.

You then choose between an IP phone system in your own rack and cloud telephony from the provider. We set up either option, port the existing numbers and configure ring groups, voicemail and call forwarding. The system stays yours – we document the configuration so that it remains transparent.
The handsets connect to the same Cat 6A outlets as the computers and draw power via PoE. If the old system is still running, we migrate in stages so that reception and the switchboard remain reachable. Finally, we train the team on the handsets and the app.

Frequently asked questions
We still have an old phone system – what now?
In Switzerland, telephony runs over IP. We migrate your system to IP or cloud telephony, port your numbers and train your team.
Copper or fibre in an office building?
Both: Cat 6A copper to the workstation, OM4 or OS2 fibre between floors and buildings. Our cabling is vendor-neutral, and we test and document every link.
How does the enquiry process work?
You call or write to us. We look at the property on site, and you then receive a quotation with a schedule and a named contact person.
