Maintenance for installations that cannot afford downtime.

Maintenance, fault service and repairs for data centres – around the clock, for customers with a service contract.

Range of services

24/7 service & maintenance

An installation that never fails does not get that way by itself. Batteries age, filters clog, switchovers go untested until someone tests them. The service contract sets out who does this and when, and what you have to show for it afterwards.

The maintenance plan is derived from the equipment list: UPS and batteries, standby generator with test run, distribution, containment and sensors. For each item, it defines the interval, the scope of testing and the report you receive after every visit.

We take fault reports around the clock – for customers with a service contract. The scope of service and our availability are set out in the contract, as are the spare parts we keep on hand for your installation and who calls which number in the event of a fault.

Once a year, we summarise what has happened: maintenance, faults, load tests and the readings from the monitoring system. This shows which component is approaching the end of its service life – before the component itself makes that obvious.
