Range of services
NE4 in-building connection
The network operator builds the fibre network up to the building entry point, the BEP in the basement. That is where its remit ends and ours begins. We take over the incoming fibres at the BEP, splice them onto the in-house cabling and route them through the riser to the floor distributors.
On every floor, we distribute the fibres to the units. In every residential and commercial unit, we install an OTO with four fibres; residents later need its OTO-ID to order their subscription.

After installation, we test every fibre from the OTO back to the BEP. The test report records the attenuation and continuity of each fibre; the OTO-IDs go into the building documentation. The network operator and property manager receive both at handover.
We connect every property from the bottom up: first the BEP and riser, then floor by floor. This keeps every completed floor testable, and each unit needs only one appointment, announced in advance. If someone reschedules, we pick up that unit on the next round – without holding up the other floors.
We build Network Level 4 in new builds, in occupied buildings and in commercial buildings with cable routes already in use – with more than 120 professionals deployed across Switzerland.

What is Network Level 4?
The in-building segment of the fibre network: from the building entry point (BEP) to the optical telecommunications outlet (OTO) in each unit. Technik Partner builds this segment across Switzerland – for network operators or directly for property owners and developers.
